Lisa Hall

Lisa Hall is the Director of Finance for the Regents Online Campus Collaborative (ROCC).  Lisa's principal responsibilities include budgeting, purchasing, contracts, the online bookstore, and tuition and fee issue resolution.  She also serves as a liaison to the Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) Business Affairs Subcouncil. 

Lisa began working at the Tennessee Board of Regents in March 1996.  Prior to joining TBR, Lisa worked as a Legislative Auditor for the Comptroller of the Treasury, Division of State Audit of the State of Tennessee performing financial and compliance audits of the state colleges and universities.  

Ms. Hall has a M.Ed. in Administration and Supervision of Higher Education from Middle Tennessee State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration of Accounting from Lipscomb University.  She is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Government Financial Manager.
