Jennifer Knott joined the Regents Online Campus Collaborative (ROCC) as an Instructional Designer in May, 2011. Prior to joining ROCC, she was Webmaster for the Continuing and Innovative Education division of The University of Texas at Austin. She provided interface design and technical infrastructure for the registration of courses that serve professional development and pre-college enrollment. Jennifer designed and taught a course in design, scripting and client relations at The Art Institute and has held numerous workshops on content management systems, scripting, style and accessibility features.

Jennifer holds a Master of Education online degree in Instructional Technology from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor's degree in Design from The University of Alabama in Birmingham. She is currently pursuing enrollment in Tennessee State University's College of Education Ph.D. program with a focus on adult education psychology. Jennifer is also following developments in Learning Analytics and the learning experience of adult students online.
