Gary Storts

Gary Storts is the Director of Instructional Design & Development for the Regents Online Campus Collaborative (ROCC).  He joined the staff in September 2006. Prior to joining TBR, Mr. Storts was the Director of Distance Education at Jackson State Community College in Jackson, Tennessee.  Mr. Storts has participated in the development of dozens of online courses and has taught several online classes. He also earned his Master’s degree as an online student.

Mr. Storts is currently a doctoral student at Tennessee State University and holds a M.Ed. degree in Education from Middle Tennessee State University. He earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Oklahoma.  He has been a featured presenter at national and regional distance education conferences.
