Dr. David Tiller
Dr. David Tiller is the Training Manager for the Regents Online Campus Collaborative (ROCC). He develops and implements performance solutions that support the strategic initiatives of the collaboration and the Tennessee Board of Regents. His work includes design and coordination of faculty training, eLearning academies and workshops, and best practices in teachiing and learning in the online environment. David is instrumental in the development of online courses and supports faculty and students in the use of ROCC's learning management system.
In addition to his duties at ROCC, David continues to serve as an adjunct assistant professor with Tennessee State University, College of Education and Tennessee Tech University. Prior to joining ROCC, David worked for more than 27 years at LifeWay Christian Resources in Nashville as a corporate training and organizational development specialist. He began his professional career in North Carolina as a teacher in the public school system in Morganton. Dr. Tiller's experience spans more than four decades of rapid technological change and continuous improvement in the education field. He received his Doctorate of Education with a concentration in Curriculum and Instruction from Tennessee State University. He holds a Master's degree in Religious Education from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor's of Science in Elementary Education from Gardner-Webb University.
