WHY?
All nursing programs in the state use preceptors for their ADN, BSN and MSN clinical nursing students. Most healthcare agencies use the concept of a preceptorship in the orientation of new employees. Because of the prevailing use of the preceptor concept, there is a need to have a course on online to enhance the convenience of attendance for the busy community RN. |
