This is the second in a series of 3 courses. This course is designed to cover the concepts, terminology, systems software, applications software, network enterprises, network technologies, and hardware of Information Technology. Also telecommunication, reprographics, document layout and design, and ergonomics will be included in this course. Discussion groups, assignments, and a mock CPS examination® will be instrumental to the learning experience. |
