In Module 2, we will cover how to conduct a needs assessment for an organization and the importance of the needs assessment in predicting future employee hiring. The recruiting and selection process for hiring employees will be discussed. The different types of employee evaluations will be reviewed, and why it is important to conduct annual employee evaluations. In Module 3, all the laws and regulations regarding the workplace will be discussed including discrimination and labor-management laws. The types of disciplinary actions and grievance procedures will be covered in this module. The reasons for employee separation and the organization's discharge procedure will be covered also. |
