Ms. Lisa Hall is the Director of Business and Operations for the Regents Online Degree Program (RODP). Ms. Hall's principal responsibilities include oversight of the office management (purchasing, timekeeping, inventory, etc.), $3+ million budget, operation of the online bookstore, tuition and fee related issues, and liaison to the Tennessee Board of Regents Business Affairs Subcouncil.
Ms. Hall has been with the TBR since March 1996. Prior to transferring to the RODP Office staff in September 2004, Ms. Hall worked in the Office of Business and Finance as the Assistant Director of Systemwide Financial Reporting for 8 years and coordinated the Systemwide Internal Audit Subcommittee and provided assistance to the constituent institutions concerning budget preparation, financial statement compliance, and implementation of TBR policies, procedures, and special directives.
Prior to joining TBR, Ms. Hall served as a Legislative Auditor for 7 years for the Comptroller of the Treasury, Division of State Audit of the State of Tennessee and performed annual financial and compliance audits of the state colleges and universities for both the Board of Regents and the University of Tennessee Systems. Ms. Hall has also served as an adjunct faculty member for RODP.
Ms. Hall holds a Masters of Education degree in Administration and Supervision, Higher Education from Middle Tennessee State University (1999) and a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration, Accounting, from David Lipscomb University (1989). Ms. Hall is also a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Government Financial Manager.
