Points Gradebook
Final Grades for Summer 2010
Notice: All final grades must be input into the Final Grades column (with a letter grade) by Sunday evening August 15, 2010 by 11:59 PM Central Time. Any student grades which are not entered by the deadline time and date above will have to turned in manually through an RODP Grade Change form.
1. Go to the Grades tool and Click on Manage Grades:
2. First, you must make sure that the Final Grade column does not effect the total value of the points in your gradebook. Unfortunately when the Final Grade column was created it was done so with a value. So we must first reduce the value so that it doesn't influence your grades. We can't currently make the value zero, but we can lower the column value to .01 of one percent so that it has virtually no effect on the gradebook.
Scroll to the bottom of the page of the Gradebook.
The Final Grade row should look like this:

The Final Letter Grade row will have a value, as indicated by the red arrow.. This number will have to be changed to ".01
3. Click on the 'Final Letter Grade - Do Not Remove' link

4. Scroll to the "Grading" section of the page.
- Change the *Max. Points to: .01
- Make sure the Grade Scheme is: RODP Submitted Grade
5. Scroll further down the page to the Display Options section of the page. Make sure the two check boxes shown below are checked.
