New procedures for entering Final Grades into all RODP Courses.
A new column has been added into the RODP Grade Tool which allows faculty to use a pulldown menu to select letter grades. These directions are for entering grades into courses within the Regents Online Degree Program only.
Notice: All final grades must be input into the Final Grades column (with a letter grade) by Sunday evening December 20, 2009, by 11:59 PM (CDT).
Any student grades which are not entered by the deadline time and date above will have to turned in manually through an RODP Grade Change form.

Important
You will need to determine whether your Grades Tool scheme is a Points or a Weighted gradebook. To determine this, click on the Manage Grades link in the upper left hand corner of the grade tool and scroll to the bottom of the grade items list.

To Determine the manner in which your Grades Tool it setup, follow these steps:
- Go into the Grades Tool in your course (Click on the Grades link in the upper blue navigation bar)

In the Grades Area window in the upper left hand corner, click on
Grades Settings icon.
- . Click on Calculation Options icon at the top of the Personal Dispaly Options window.

- You can determine which method your gradebook is set, by the settings on this page.
