The Business Systems Technology (BST) program provides the necessary skills to obtain an entry-level job in an office environment. The Administrative Diplomas begin with basic office skills and introduce students to concepts necessary for their chosen field: Accounting, Customer Service, or Medical. Although technical knowledge is important, students will also learn the human interaction skills necessary for a successful business career. The goal of the program is to develop professional office employees. Students receive up-to-date instruction, participate in realistic work simulations, and gain experience on today's most widely-used office equipment and software programs.

The Business Systems Technology certificate/diploma programs are offered at all 26 Technology Center locations.
