Dual Enrollment/Joint Enrollment

Dual Enrollment/Joint EnrollmentGet a jump start on your college career by taking courses while you are still in high school. By getting started early, you will have an easy transition into college life after you graduate. Not to mention you will have a head start over all of your peers. Through the dual enrollment program, you take courses that count as high school and college credit. Through the joint enrollment program, you take courses that count as college credit only.

Common requirements for the dual enrollment/joint enrollment programs are:

  • Parental recommendation
  • High school counselor/principal recommendation
  • Must meet required minimum GPA
  • Must meet the required minimum ACT score

Dual enrollment/joint enrollment courses are not available at all campuses, so visit your home campus to learn more about their dual enrollment/joint enrollment process and requirements.
